I like Scotty's answer because I would have to say the same thing. It keeps me connected to what I value most.... music. Music always has the voice to say what I don't know how to. Music is that which always finds what you want to hide from....... Music is a very important part of who I am.....
My old, beat-up hacky sack. It's worn out, covered in dirt and God knows what else, but it's been kicked by a lot of people, and it has only become better over the years.
A shopping bag because i like to go shopping or shoes because a like to run and bike ride and all kind of sports.
