Unidentified Object in Pennsylvania: what the hell was it?

A hovering object, sitting completely stationary, too low to be in airplane airspace, in the middle of a lightning storm. Somehwat triangular with green, yellow, white and red lights blinking on and off randomley. Sighted near Vira/McClure/Burnham Pennsylvania around 9:50 July 21st. No nearby military bases or airports of any kind. What in God's name was it?Unidentified Object in Pennsylvania: what the hell was it?

';airplane airspace'; begins at the ground. You have given a perfect description of a small airplane, and a quick look at Google Earth reveals no less than five small private airports within 5 miles of Vira, Pennsylvania.
